To accomplish these objectives, in line with our principle of "customer satisfaction comes first, and the satisfaction of employees and all stakeholders, we decided to upgrade the existing and well established quality management system and introduce standards covering environmental and safety and health at work. All of them together ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2005 and OHSAS 18001:2007 do integrated management system.

However, it is essential to determine the meaning of the term "integrated management system". What is integrated - that the components are connected and what the team gets the merger. The answer to this question is simple - to integrate the requirements placed on the organization and not derived from the standards, but primarily from life, from the need for institutions to survive in the market and to further develop for the benefit of all stakeholders. The most important aspects of the environment by the Pharmacy Belgrade identified as: hazardous waste - electric, electric, waste from the vehicle fleet, particularly pharmaceutical waste and organic solvents, non-hazardous waste that has an impact on the environment - paper and packaging waste. There is also an influence on the consumption of natural resources and emissions to air (electricity, motor fuel, paper).

In order to reduce the influence of these aspects procedures were developed as well as guidelines for the management of hazardous and nonhazardous waste, and were used as measures for saving fuel and reducing air emissions and energy saving. It is completely solved the problem of pharmaceutical waste (about 9000 kg) and electrical and electronic waste (6000 kg) which were collected and submitted to the authorized legal entity with the document on the movement of hazardous wastes.

Continuous activity at the pharmacy "Beograd" is the collection of waste paper and his surrender to sanitation for recycling.
